"I was really impressed with this room, I just wanted somewhere comfortable to rest my head for the night because my cruise was the next morning. I wasn’t expecting much. However, to my surprise when I arrived the room was spotless and hugeee. There was also a big hot tub which I didn’t expect at all. The room looked way better than the pics on Expedia, I guess they renovated recently. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I also love that my uber eats came to my door because at other hotels I usually have to go to the lobby. Another plus is that the floor was quiet especially at nights, I would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was great! We had a hiccup and the host resolved it in minutes! The host was responsive and extremely polite! Definitely a must stay! "

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had while staying in a rental. One of the showers did not work. Another bathroom’s sink faucet wiggled so much that it felt like it could fall off. There were barely any hand towels so we had to do laundry every time we used one. There was no hand soap in the house at all. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. It was 83 in the house because the A/C did not work. When we tried to get ahold of the host, she wouldn’t respond. We contact VRBO and they couldn’t get ahold of her either. After trying for several hours, she finally responded that she was sending maintenance to fix A/C. No one showed up. She never responded again when I asked when to expect them to arrive. This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. "
