Honest review: The pictures make the house look bigger than it actually is. The master bedroom was blocked off, which felt a bit ridiculous given the price we paid. The only way to access the property was through a coded entry that opens directly into a bedroom, which was unusual. The blinds were also tricky—especially for what appears to be a luxury property, you’d expect them to be easier to operate. The beds were not very comfortable, and there were quite a few rules introduced after the booking was made. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price we paid. That said, the pool, hot tub, neighborhood, and views were all 5 stars. Everything else was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, I’d rate it 3/5.

The property is beautiful but that’s where the positive ends. Don’t trust the original advertisement as there is a long list of hidden rules and fees that you are not told about until check in. We have rented many homes from VRBO in the past and never ever had as much trouble as with this property. We followed the checkout and cleaning process to a tee and beyond however we were still charged extra fees with no proof. Overall 2/5 at best, beautiful property, would not stay here again.
