"Stayed at this hotel due to convenience to Dickies Arena. The arena is a 15 minute walk but would not recommend due to busy main road. But it was a 6 min drive. Hotel staff unfriendly only greeted if I spoke first. Housekeeping is horrible. Will not service your room. I stayed from Thursday to Saturday and no cleaned, emptied the trash or knocked on the door to inquire if we had towels. The pool is very small. I would not stay at this hotel again. I forgot my laundry bag and no one contacted me...
