Best stay ever!

Great accommodations, clean well provision, and the views were spectacular. Best of all Justin was so accommodating and helpful as well as his father Brian. Thank you very much we appreciate everything and we will be back.

Great Location and Staff; Utilities Need Maintainence

The staff was great. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and when we needed help. The housekeeping staff was excellent and did a great job. The location was fantastic. The view from our deck was absolutely beautiful. Great sunsets over St John every evening. I felt bad for how much we had to contact the property manager, but we had quite a few reoccurring issues. We had daily issues with one of the mini splits cooling the room. We had an ant issue and the ants got into our shoes at the door. We lost power due to a circuit break issue while we were trying to get ready to go out to dinner.Overall the location and staff were excellent. The accomodations need maintainence performed on its utilities.

Nice and very clean spacious appartment near sea

Perfect accomodation, recommended. We had 2 appartments for our Sailing group(no. 11 and 14). Everything was arrange perfectly with Justin , who he communicated quickly and was very helpful. We appreciated housekeeping / perfect cleanliness. the rooms are spacious, the AC worked great. location by the sea is ideal for swimming any time . We didnt use Kitchen in App.11 / only in app.14 which has better kitchen utensils and electric stove. ( app.11 has has stove)

Comfortable Pre-Boat Trip Stay

We stayed at Fort Recovery one night before and after our BVI sailing trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only real issue was there is no restaurant or bar on property. We originally booked through Expedia who listed these amenities on the property. We were able to get some groceries and also took a short taxi ride to Soppers Hole to find restaurants. Justin the property manager went out of his way to help us get anything we needed. He answered all messages very quickly, helped arrange transportation and was very easy to deal with. The units are right on the water so there are amazing views right off of the porches. Bedrooms had air conditioning which worked great! Justin told us they are working on getting a restaurant/bar open but had no time frame…overall it was a nice place to prepare for our sail, then come back and relax for a day before traveling home!

Nice location. Water right out the back off of the porch was amazing. No working restaurants or bar

Room was clean…views were amazing. Only issue was no food or drinks on property. Owner said he’s working get more things up and running. Justin was a good host…communicated quickly and was very helpful.
