"Friendly staff and their breakfast is very convenient."

"I’ve stayed many times in Taichung at many different hotels. This is by far the best hotel in Taichung. The room and hotel were spotless with beautiful modern decor. The service provided by the staff were also exceptional. I spoke to both hotel managers (Kay and Angel) during our stay and they went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Location was also very central so we were able to get everywhere we needed with public transportation or walking. My only complaint is the breakfast buffet at Il Lemone. I felt that for a 5 star hotel the food could be better tasting with larger selection. I felt some of the bread selection was sometimes stale tasting and the fresh fruit offering was minimal. Although the fresh juice selection was exceptional (fresh carrot, kiwi, pineapple, celery juice). Overall, an exceptional stay and highly recommended."

"Beautiful hotel and property. Second year staying here and it’s so convenient to my son. There are so many shops and the mall right across the street. I love staying here. I will definitely be back. Walking distance to so many sights and activities. And the staff is so kind and helpful. Helped me with many needs. I highly recommend this lovely hotel. Only negative was that my mattress was so hard and firm. I have back issues and need a soft pillow top mattress. Next year I will request a softer bed. "
