Nice and cosy home in walking distance to the beach
We - a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys and our 2 dogs -were staying in April for a couple of days. Communication with Linda was easy and efficient, we were very well instructed. The house is well located in a calm area of Chatham within a 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Restaurants and shops were nearby. The house was cosy, clean and everything you wish for having great vacations was available. There were 3 bedrooms, one of those sleeps 3 kids. Two bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom, everything perfect. We really want to thank Linda and Keith for our perfect stay at their home. We'll be back.

Thanksgiving 2023

Great location and lovely home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location with easy access to Harding’s Beach. It’s also a short ride into Chatham. The house is cozy and comfortable, very clean and well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed a “bicycle built for two” that the hosts made available!

Wonderful week!
This house is in the perfect location for beach going, dining,, and just enjoying the week away! The property is clean and inviting. We had one issue with the door lock mechanism, but it was quickly addressed by the owners. Everything we could have wanted or needed was on site which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay in this lovely home again should we return to Cape Cod! Thank you Keith and Linda for all the attention paid to making our visit easy and relaxing!

Great spot in Chatham!
Great property! Access was convenient. Close to town. Short walk to beautiful beach. Well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Great deck and backyard for play. All you need is here!

Chatham getaway
We had a great 4 night stay. All aspects of this trip exceeded expectations starting with the amazing communication/Chatham suggestions with Linda prior to the trip to the beautiful neighborhood and beach walks. Amazing spot, walk to beach
The property is located in a small community with shared access to the beach via a short path. The house matched the listing and was in immaculate shape. We place a high value on cleanliness, and everything was spotless. The outside deck provided a great spot to sit and relax and the proximity to restaurants and shopping in nearby Chatham was ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home and only a walk to the beach which was great. The home is very comfortable and Hosts welcoming. The only problem was the internet went down for our first few days so didn’t have TV but Linda (homeowner) worked diligently with the internet company until it was fixes. Really enjoyed our stay!

Short walk to Harding's Beach
Clean fresh space with many toys and beach items for children. Best part though is the short walk to a long uncrowded beach on the bay. Some days the water is quite still and others the wind whips up waves. So much to experience on this stretch of beach, all the way to Stage Harbor Light. Go home for a bit then walk back at sunset and linger to see the stars. The true Cape Cod.

The house was beautiful. Bright and airy and very welcoming. we enjoyed our stay and had a great time celebrating our 60th birthdays together. The owners were easy to reach when we had a question and the house had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. I will definitely return especially in the summer and I love that it is so close to Hardings Beach - my favorite place to hang out. Thank you for a great weekend.

Our family had a great stay at this property. The house was super clean and in a great location to beach, walking distance. We did have a couple coyote sightings, but we were notified way in advance this could be a possibility. We visited the house with our dog, but just made sure to time walks appropriately and keep him on a leash. I never felt threatened in any way...and it was quite possibly my kids' favorite memory seeing them! My point, if you happen to bring your dog, do be conscious of this. We truly enjoyed the neighborhood and adorable walk to the beach. There are so many amazing restaurants in the area, but I think our favorite was Mac's Chatham Fish and Lobster. The cod and clam chowder were OUT of this world and it was super family friendly. It was order and then sit, so plan to get there on the early side if you have young kids. We also loved the Mom & Pop's Burgers...great for families with young kiddos. All around, loved this house. Thank you so much.

Perfect Thanksgiving!
We hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for our family and the home was perfect. The kitchen is small (not much counter space), but managed to pull it off :-). Fantastic location to everything…Harding Beach and downtown Chatham! Wonderful owners!

Excellent location and communication with owner. Disappointments- 1. Kitchen to small to prepare meals for a two week stay. 2. Limited cupboard space available. 3. All furniture extremely uncomfortable including dining room furniture and beds. We have stayed at VRBO locations for many years and have never experienced such uncomfortable furniture. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and the deck and grill were very nice. 4. Some linens were missing and limited. We had to buy washcloths and dishcloths.

Thank you, Cheryl, We appreciate hearing your feedback as the property has never received a two star review. We’re sorry you felt all of the furniture and beds were uncomfortable. Clean linens were on all of the beds, with additional twin size and king size linens were in the linen closet. 8 bath towels, 8 beach towels, 4 hand towels, two kitchen towels and two wash cloths are professionally laundered and replenished each week by our cleaning staff. You did let us know that the wash cloths were missing, and I’m sorry they forgot to leave those, nor did we hear back from you when we let you know that we’d be happy to reimburse you for the wash cloths after you emailed us that you had purchased some. If you had preferred more sets of linens and dishcloths for your two weeks’ stay beyond the one set per bed and the dishcloths provided, we would have been happy to make those arrangements. We wish you all the best for your remaining 2021.

Ideal Location and Great House
We typically rent a house on the cape each year. We were so lucky to snag this rental this year with the inventory being so tight. The location is perfect if you want to be in the mid cape area- a short drive to all of our favorite restaurants. The house was wonderful, clean and comfortable, with lots of included amenities. In addition, the owners were extremely responsive. They provided many details ahead of our trip and were extremely responsive with the one question we had during our stay. This is an ideal and picturesque rental for anyone looking for a relaxing week away in the Cape.

We are a family of 6, all adults, and had a great experience at this house. It had plenty of room, very clean, and loved being able to walk to the beach!! The renters were very responsive and a pleasure to rent from. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shops, ice cream and close to center of Chatham! So happy...
I came with my 2 teenage sons and we loved it. One son was in zoom school the whole time and the wifi worked very well. The house is even nicer than in the photos. The layout is great and it is so well appointed. We had everything we needed. Linda the host was exceptionally accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood is very nice and the walk to Hardings Beach is easy - down the road and through a sandy path. Hardings Beach is beautiful and you can walk a very far distance. Many restaurants and stores in Chatham are closed since it is the off-season but we found enough to stay well fed and happy. Hope to return soon.
