" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. "One room was reasonably ok, other room was to hot. Apparently some heating pipes under the floor made the (bath)room toasty. Beds in both rooms to soft and to low."

"The Kids love the bunk bed, the room is lovely decorated and clean, but the stairs to our room are pretty steep (I know, that’s typically for the Netherlands 😅)"

Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam

10/10 Excellent

"This was the first time solo travelling for a while and first time to Rotterdam. I’d read some infavourable reviews before I travelled and was a bit nervous but I chose the hotel because of the location. As soon as I arrived late at night I was greatex a warm and in iting reception bar area with 5 attentive staff who couldn’t have made me feel more welcome! The room was quiet super clean with lovely bedding! Coffee machine and tea provided and ample hanging space. From that moment on the staff couldn’t do enough to mKe me feel welcome. Loan of an umbrella and some sweet treats after coming back in the evening (after I asked if there was any chocolate!) The hotel is right next door to the Museum Park and across the road from Witte de Withstraat - full of restaurents, bars and arts and cultural venues. Super friendly staff and a 10 min wlk from Central Station. I would definitely choose this hotel again."
