"This is a good hotel in a convenient location within driving distance of many options. Parking is easy, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and well stocked. "We enjoyed our stay at the hotel finely. We did unfortunately have to change rooms due to a buzzing noise from the refrigeration system. Fortunately, this went easily and we were upgraded to one of the suites. It should be mentioned that the front of the hotel and restaurant 1937 both look fantastic but the experience towards and in the rooms is authentic and somewhat dated."

The room was clean, the only criticism is lack of electrical sockets, there was only spare one and that was on the opposite side of the room to the beds. The beds are a small single. Amazing staff, great location
"The staff (and to be fair all the Dutch I spoke to on the trip) were so lovely and helpful, we enjoyed a couple of extra beers and lost our room key and they just issued us another, they were busy however still took the time to look up bus times and suggest good local restaurants. The staff were a real credit to the hotel. The bed was really comfy and there was an extra pillow in the room for us. The decor is cool and there was TV with a couple of UK channels so this was nice too. Everything was modern and in good order and it is right in the middle of town so it doesn’t matter which direction you walk - you hit shops and cafes."
