No air-conditioning, the kitchen drain smelled terrible, the toilet leaked, there were toenails in the bathroom, originally put in a two bedded room when there was 3 of us, very hot stuffy room, unable to open window properly as there was a chain lock preventing us. The property is amazingly well supplied with everything you could need. It is close to the city centre, but also within easy reach of the beaches like Roker. It may not be the most picturesque part of Sunderland but the neighbours were also very pleasant and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again."
