A delightful Mediterranean and California inspired smart home with resort-like features located on the one and only premier North Sound golf course, awaits the discerning vacationer with direct views of the 14th hole! The home is located within a 10 minute walk to the famed Seven Mile Beach and resort district. A 5-minute drive away is Camana Bay, with its upscale resort shopping and fantastic wide options of upmarket restaurants, and everything nice.

The home has a private dock on the canal, allowing guests to be picked up and dropped off directly from the house on private charters for the must-do excursions to Stingray City, Starfish Point, Kaibo, Rum Point or for snorkeling in the North Sound.
