"The morning breakfast buffet was a disaster. They only had 1 person preparing, cleaning and serving. She moved very slow and one of the hotel staff tried to help her, but she just mad at him! Even the guests asked if they could help since there were lost if people waiting."

"The rooms were nice, but the TVs are very old and was hard to regulate the temperature in the room. Also, the tables and chairs in the pool area were not very clean."

"Location was great, easy drive to beach and easier to reach old towne and downtown Charleston. Comfortable setup with wonderful porch/balcony for visiting and relaxing. Host was very friendly and responsive to questions. It's a second floor walk up, but the gate across the stairwell was very sturdy - we would feel totally comfortable with this setup with our toddler grandson if we had brought him.My only suggestion would be written instructions for checkout procedure and appliance operation (for us dinosaurs.) The VRBO app was having issues when we left and it took a while to track down the checkout list."
