The only hitch we had was our GPS took us up the road where construction had closed it. We didnt know there was an easy access road that wasn't showing on our map. "Nice hotel but unfortunately undergoing renovation, so major roadworks, crane etc. on road right outside entrance. Nice big room and the bathtub was an unexpected extra. Fantastic breakfast with delicious pastries from the bakery. Got a free ticket for the bus to Neuschwanstein castle from reception. Asked to leave luggage before check in and while going to castle in morning, but could only leave in quite public space - did not feel secure."
