호텔 컨디션은 괜찮으나 호텔직원 및 호텔스닷컴의 일처리 부족으로 여행 망침
룸 컨디션이나 조식은 괜찮은 편입니다. 우마지에 지역과도 가까워서 도보로 이동 가능합니다.
다만 직원들이 전반적으로 일처리가 느리고 영어를 못합니다.
짐 들어주는 아저씨(?)가 가장 영어를 잘하고 가장 친절했던것 같네요.
호텔비가 이중으로 결제되어서 애를 먹었는데 직원들이 워낙 일처리를 못하고 영어도 못하니 더 답답했던것 같습니다. 또한 호텔비가 이중으로 결제된 거에 대한 호텔스닷컴의 일처리 부족과 안내가 없었던 부분은 매우 불쾌한 기억으로 남습니다. 호텔은 재방문할 의사가 있지만 호텔스닷컴을 재이용할 의사는 없습니다. 부디 이 글을 보시는 분들은 다른 사이트에서 예약하셔서 저처럼 기분 나쁜 일 없으시길

Ok location but older hotel with load guests.
I noticed there are a lot of guests smoking in the lobby right in front of the no smoking sign and staffs are not saying anything. The hotel is older and food service is catered more to the Asian pallets. 3 -4 (max) stars possible but definitely not 5. I was given the wrong info regarding my afternoon tea but later found out my room didn't qualify. Definitely a loud area and heavier traffic getting in and out of there.
