"We decided to stay in Wentworth instead of Mildura for safety in case the Victorian Government did anything else rash. The Grande is a large motel attached to a Conference Centre and offices. Very different from the old buildings in the town. Very quiet presumably due to COVID and perhaps an overestimation of tourist numbers. An interesting town right on the junction of the Murray and Darling rivers with great views on both sides. At least two excellent pubs within a few minutes walk. Good free...
