"The hotel is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully preserving its historic character while offering modern comforts. Unfortunately, there was a significant issue with the hot water: we had ice-cold showers on two days and only barely lukewarm water on the third. While the staff were apologetic, there did not seem to be a strong sense of urgency or concern about resolving the problem, which detracted from what would otherwise have been a very pleasant stay."

Only complaints were that room was on ground floor and right by the subway (convenient during the day) but made it incredibly loud as you can hear each train passing all night. "
