Relaxing condo just steps to Wells Beach

This relaxing and cozy condo is just a block from miles of sandy beach.  Coffee shop just a walk across the street. Full functioning kitchen and shared balcony.  Onsite free parking for one vehicle.  Enjoy Well's famous Congdon's donuts in the morning and the newer "Congdon's After Dark Food Truck Park" , open daily 4pm-8pm in season.   4.7 miles to the north is The Rachel Carson Natural Wildlife Refuge and the iconic "Maine Diner".  A few miles north of that is the quaint town of Kennebunk/Kennebunkport with fine shops, restaurants and picturesque rocky shores.  To the south of Wells, enjoy a show at The Ogunquit Playhouse during the summer months or a walk along scenic Marginal Way.  Still a little further south, enjoy a day of Outlet shopping in Kittery and a visit to the iconic Kittery Trading Post.   For the adventurous, a short drive to Well's train station for a Downeaster trip to Boston MA, a city rich in culture and history. The train drops you at North Station, home of TD Garden for you New England sports fans (or haters).

Always satisfactory
We’ve stayed with Nancy multiple times. Each time we have had a great stay. The condo is always clean and ready on time (often early) and Nancy’s communication is stellar. Nancy always leaves us a note with some snacks and drinks which is much appreciated. The location is perfect for easy beach access. There are also a few shops and eateries within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying with Nancy!

Fantastic location!
This was our 2nd time booking with Nancy and once again we had a great trip. She was able to offer early check-in which was amazing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is the best - walk to the beach, cafe for coffee/lunch and the arcade steps away for the kids! We will be back!

Great location and comfortable stay
First time renting this condo and it was perfect for a 3 night beach weekend. The size was good for our family of 3. Everything in the condo has been well maintained and has just about everything you would need. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the air conditioning when it got muggy. The welcome snack and candy bag was a nice touch. A bag of coffee is even provided. They even have a basket of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and make up wipes. Location is great; quick walk to the beach. You just need to be mindful of the tide schedule. We shopped the nearby stores and also ate lunch at Forbes twice and breakfast at Rollover cafe. FYI, Rollover has a hot and iced coffee bar caffeine lovers! Definitely would recommend this little condo unit and this area!

wonderful unit, exactly as described, great communication with the host. this place is steps to the beach, an easy walk on sidewalks (which are not everywhere in Wells). able to get to the beach with a toddler, no stroller required!

Had a great time in ME, this property was in a great location could walk to beach and coffee shops. Local shopping as well. Near a grocery store and plenty of restaurants in Wells and surrounding towns. Perfect for my husband and myself. Nancy was great to work with she answered emails quickly and all questions asked. This apartment was tight for a family of 4 including 2 teenagers but we expected that and didn't mind because the space was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. Also, the kitchen was larger than expected. Communication w/property management was excellent and the location is ideal. I would stay here again.
