The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 generation family getaway! The house was immaculate, had a well stocked kitchen, close beach access and the attached garage parking was especially nice in the winter!

House is exactly as described. Perfect location just a few steps across the street to the ocean. Grocery store and restaurants minutes away Billy‘s Chowder House very friendly staff great food. House had everything you need without being overly cluttered like some rental places can be.

This house truly is a special little gem. We traveled here during the winter months and were so thankful for the little winter escape. Great lay out for families, very clean, and had a nice view of the ocean from the kitchen. Can’t beat the location.. just steps away from the beach! We definitely will be back!

Great location.....so close to the ocean! The property was clean and in good condition. I have to tell the owners how much we appreciated how well stocked the house was.....so nice not having to immediately go out and buy paper towers, toilet paper etc. Thank you!

This was the perfect house for our little family getaway. It was a pleasure having the beach right within walking distance. And we spent many afternoons on the deck.

House was very clean and cozy! Nice beach feel. We had snow during our stay and snow removal was handled the next morning. I would love to stay there during the summer to enjoy the closeness to the beach. We picked the coldest week but the house was nice and toasty. The gas fireplace added a nice touch.

The home is located right next to the beach and is a great location for all things Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunk. Simple communications with the host and would recommend to anyone.

House well perfectly situated near beach access path, only a min walk. House was clean and well equipped, all shops were within mins if anything was forgotten. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spacious home just across the street from the beach. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. The only negative was it is located very close to the street. so if you are traveling with pets you need to make sure they don’t run out into the street.

Our family of 10 had a great week at Wells Beach. The location of this rental is 5 minutes from Wells Beach. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Richard was a very responsive host.

I would highly recommend this property. This is the 2nd time my friends and I have used this house for our annual knitting weekend. It's so close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We love it!

The location of the property to the beach is the best perk. The house itself is cozy and host made it more special because he accommodating. The beach is just a few feet away from the house. As soon as you step foot on the beach, the wave is already pointing at you to come and play. It’ll be one of the best time of your life for sure. The right house for the the right fun at the beach.

We loved the house and the neighborhood until checkout day when they began demolishing the cottage next door. As we were loading our cars, the airborne remnants of the insulation from the destruction next door floated all over our belongings, our cars, and into our hosts garage.

I can not say enough great things about this stay. The house is beautiful and fully stocked. Gorgeous view and access to ocean. Close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of space and truly comfortable. You will not regret renting here. I already plan on returning!!

Amazing beach house. Super clean. They have everything you need and then some. Owners are amazing and get right back to you when you meesage. Great views. This house will be our annual beach house vacation.. I cant say enough good things about this home or owners! 10 stars!!
