The Carriage House Motel and Cottages was very nice. We stayed in the motel part. The room was clean and spacious. It had a small table to sit and eat at or play games. It also had a small kitchenette with a fridge. The property had a pool and a hot tub. It’s also conveniently located to all the spots we wanted to see. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around too. I would definitely stay here but maybe I’d like to try the cottages. They looked very cute.

We had a wonderful stay at a fair price. I was able to spend an extra day for the same price compared to another location last year. It was nice getting breakfast cooked in our room before starting our busy day. I’m not crazy about pet friendly but there was no foul odors or pet hairs visible making it a non issue. We will be back next year for sure.

Anniversary/birthday weekend

My husband booked this trip for our 5 year anniversary celebration as well as my 65th birthday. We were pleasantly surprised when we were provided an “upgrade” and found ourselves in a cottage! It was perfect for us! It appeared to have been remodeled and very clean!
