Welcome to your perfect home-away-from-home! This stylish and confortable house is ideal for families, couples, or business travelers looking to stay in a quiet yet rather central neighbohhood. Located just minutes from the heart of town, you`ll enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, parks and publig transport, all while staying in a peaceful, family-friendly area. Featuring comfortable beds, quality linen and plenty of storage. The group will enjoy easy access to everything from this place. Please note the house is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this house, failure to comply will lead to a fine and the deposit retained.
Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply. Bins are located down the private driveway by the wooden fence next to number 11 (no number 13). Please place all recycling materials in the green lid bin with number 15 on it. Bin collection day is on Wednesdays.
No pets allowed. In case of a small fire there is a fire extinguisher under the stairs in the hallway or evacuate through the main door and call the emergency services on 999.
