"Grateful for allowing us a free early check-in. That was so appreciated in the bad weather. Loved the late opening Starbucks and the relaxed atmosphere in the Lobby. Especially enjoyed the live music by the bar!! Disappointed there was no laundry service to help with wet clothes. We used the iron and the hair dryer instead. Not enough places to hang wet clothes in the room."

"The programs and staff helpfulness. The Antler restaurant food was so delicious. The pool staff were so attentive. The store staff at the front went above and beyond to prepare a Christmas gift for my daughter and bring it over to our room late at night after she was asleep."

"Honestly, it was a super relaxing/calm/clean/quiet experience the bed was so comfortable…and the front desk manager was lovely..the only issues I had was with the pressure of the water (wasn’t strong at all) and the thermostat was locked…loved that the cleaning lady changed all my sheets (and pillow cases) without having to ask…also loved the view, fridge..nespresso machine…and that it was QUIET AT NIGHT!!! Thank you for 2 relaxing days while I visited family in the area. "
