Dirty and noisy

Though its location is perfect, the accomodation facility is poor. I spent 2 nights with a lot of ants, and the bathroom is dirty and stinks. Shower pressure is a joke. The local hotel staff was friendly but the others were not.

Good location,nice stuff,good swimming pool.

Basic breakfast,it was better if they will write the price including taxes to prevent misunderstandings. The food in the restaurant is very expensive relatively to what you get. Beside it I recommend the place

Good for surfing, not much more

The hotel is located directly to the beach, optimal if you want to surf. Even though they offer free wifi, it's so bad you can't even load Google's homepage. The staff don't clean the rooms more than every third day. There are no restaurants nearby, you have to take a tuk tuk to Mirissa. The staff looked very bored and were not service minded.

Expensive surf class, mainly Russian people

The hotel is nice, close to the beach, our room was ok, the bathroom quiet old, breakfast was good. It seemed like except us, there where only Russian people in the hotel, because there were only surf classes in Russian (for 50 $ per 1 1/2 hours). They offered me a private lesson for 120 $ (!!!) per 1 1/2 hours, which is just ridiculous, because in the surf schools around, you can get a private teacher for 15-20$ per hour! We didn't feel very welcome.

neat & clean, but....

our first room faced the kitchen of the neighbouring hotel, wich did not opt for silence, but other than that, spacious, clean and comfortable. we upgraded to a bungalow, and they where superb. The manager and bartender where friendly and helpful, but I would recommend he tells the rrst of the russian staff to pack the same friendly attitude if I saw him again. they ignored us, so surf advice was sought a bit further down the beach.
