The local pub was a bonus for some yummy cheap meals but with all of the fantastic facilities in the cottage, there is no need to go out if you don't want to. The special touches such as the home stewed plums for breakfast were lovely touch. would definitely recommend this spot to others."

"Great location, close enough to dip into Chch if wanted, but perfectly positioned to enjoy all North Canterbury has to offer, with wineries, rivers and beaches, a stones through away. Positioned in the heart of a friendly community with plenty of Cafe and dinning options within walking distance. Loved the private deck and backyard along with the bonus of the pool table for some friendly family competition. Highly recommend - great character!"
