"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. "Nice looking apartment within walking distance from the train station and a busstop right across the street. Public transport is free in Luxembourg, so you can get to nearly all interesting places by jumping on bus 9. The apartment itself has everything you'd need. Nice modern bathroom and kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The only thing to note was a slight smell in.the kitchen, but that was gone after a day or so. I'm guessing it was due to a cleaning session or maybe an unused drain. "

"There was some confusion with the check in, mostly due to a lack of knowledge on my part and our language barrier, but we figured it out. The property manager was trying their best to help me and was quick to respond! More pictures of the property would be helpful in the listing, as well as an understanding of the bathroom situation (two different showers and a sink in a separate room from the toilet, just an odd layout but still worked well). "The place is very far from any public transport which is not convenient when travelling with a toddler. They have not cleaned the room everyday, room was extremely small no space to even store our luggage. We had no shower gel we had to request it twice before it was given to us. "I got it for the pool and once again- Expedia didnt mention that it was extra and part of a spa package that we didnt have time to use. It looked amazing and they had a surfing pool- super awesome to watch. Restaurant was good. Room was odd with the toilet room opposite the rest of the bathroom with no sink so all night I am wandering in thr dark from one end of the room to the other to find the bathroom and then find the sink. They could just add one of those tiny sinks in there to fix the problem. There was no ramp to take your suitcases to the parking lot which was odd. Lots of other great details- just missed a few. "
