Nice and clean

It's a nice and clean hotel. Room was cozy. It has a parking which is what I was looking for. Location is also pretty nice, tram is pretty close.

Clean and conveniently located next to public free tram. The name can be confusing compared to "Novotel Kirchberg". Also, it is not easy to see "Novotel Suites" when the tram first drops you.

Convenient hotel in Kirchberg, close to public transportation, clean and practical. The suites are modern, but not suitable for a family (single sink in bathroom, small beds with average comfort), they are clean though, and appropriate for 2 people.

Very modern apartment/hotel, closer to a very spacious hotel room with a small refrigerator and microwave. Not going to do much cooking here. Tram station about 5 minutes away. Train station 15 minutes by tram. Facilities are in excellent condition. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Location, Service, Friendliness

Excellent location, easy and plentiful parking (not immediately obvious which street to go down to find it), excellent service at the front desk with well spoken English (one guy in particular on the morning shift on 22 August - wish i’d asked his name). He helped me make an overseas phone call and was very sympathetic to my issue with my bank - he even asked me the next day if i wanted to make another call to resolve my issue. EXCELLENT service! On day 2 i told staff that the shower dripped cold water from rainhead while showering with shower rose - technician couldn’t fix so the offered change of room, free breakfast or 3 days free car parking - again, excellent service. The bed was comfy, ample wardrobe space, separate toilet, good lighting, can open windows slightly for air, bath as well as shower, huge towels, eco bins for recycling. Really nice cosy seating outside for ambient relaxing. Very close to tram station for FREE tram into city, and a shopping centre with dining and supermarket. Would definitely come again - highly recommend, and thank you!

Huge, comfortable and clean rooms with a load of storage. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. The hotel is a couple of minutes away from 2 tram stops and 10 minutes from a funicular to the lower city, and the MUDAM art gallery. One thing to be aware of is that the area is mainly offices, so after 5pm it's really quiet with hardly anyone about, which can feel a bit isolated.

Very nice clean and modern hotel, very well looked after. We had parking underground. The staff were very helpful (We couldn't find the parking entrance! But they patiently explained the way around etc so great help there) We didn't come so prepared to visit Luxembourg but got great advice on getting about by the staff also.
