"We moved our daughter into Syracuse University and stayed at this hotel. The staff and accommodations were great! We never had to wait for anything we needed. It’s a beautiful hotel and will be our first choice place to stay near the university! "

"The hotel room was clean, and tidy. Bathroom was spotless. There wasnt a store to buy snacks just a vending machine. Could not find a convenient store in or near location, which was odd. At the time, there were no bottled water in the vending machine, however, the hotel provided ice water in the lobby. "

"We made a last minute decision to go to the state fair in Syracuse. Knowing from previous stays that Del Lago had clean, spacious rooms we decided to book there instead of a Syracuse hotel. We are never disappointed with our stays at Del Lago. The front desk and hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless too. Very comfortable bed and pillow which is a big plus for us older folk. lol. "

"I liked having the convenience of all the surrounding businesses of the hotel. The hotel was nestled off to the side, still giving a feeling of privacy and exclusivity. The hotel wasn’t over crowded, allowing for great parking. The breakfast bar was super clean and the food was fresh. The hotel had an overall relaxed environment, and good vibes.
