"We are so glad we stayed at Three Bears Cottage! The place is a perfect size for a couple and is nicely tucked away with great scenery near Park Grove Inn. You are welcomed with a bottle of wine upon arrival and the place was very clean and well organized. There's a binder with a quick overview of where to find key items and information about the area and property. The bed is incredibly comfortable so we both slept very well! We enjoyed an evening walking over to Sunset Terrace at the Park...

The hosts are insight and ready to help if needed, with places to eat and things to do, however they respect privacy of their guests....

"Tucked away on a quiet hillside, this tiny cottage was so peaceful and had the best water straight from the tap, and we enjoyed a lot of it! It was very clean and we it had about everything we needed to stay a few days. Great Wi-Fi, nice tv, encouraged recycling. The stone steps up to the cottage were beautiful but only for the sure footed. Buddy, the dog, was a friendly greeter, but was always a fence between us. We really liked Buddy!"

"My communication with Carl and Terri prior to and during our stay always resulted in a prompt reply. The TV was tricky to operate, directions would have helped. Location was ideal, easy to walk to downtown. We tried a few restaurants on the list of recommendations and they were very good. We would recommend the cozy cottage to others!"

"This property is located within a neighborhood, but on a main road. The driveway is easy to miss. Drivers on the road are going fast and we passed the driveway ups couple times. This property is very roomy. The furnishings are lovely and the beds were comfy. Inside was clean and organized. Bathrooms are small. Master is sufficient, but the second one quite hard to function in. But we survived that. Our only real disappointment was the cleanliness of the patio. Hot tub is large and functions...

"We traveled to the Asheville area to help an elderly family member get settled. The cottage was a great place to have a break from all the work during our time there! There were lovely accommodations for all if us (including our young daughter). Gary and Michelle were excellent hosts and made sure to check on us and make sure everything was good. I definitely recommend staying at this NC cottage!"
