"The staff I signed in and out was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and did everything she did to make me happy. The room was very comfortable, clean, the AC worked greatly, and quiet. The outside was clean and enough parking lots. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family. KUDOS to the team."

"Negatives; Valet is over $50/night, didn’t even offer to help with one carry-on size luggage. Bathroom has a sliding door which could be issue for some. Lobby is on the top floor. Novel idea! But odd and wait times when it comes to check in and check out. Positives; Bed was comfy. Clean. Coffee in the morning was free and they had milk-alternative!"

"The location is super convenient to events downtown. The staff were helpful and courteous. As you can image being located downtown, parking is hectic during mornings and evening hours. The line can get long waiting for your car to be retrieved. Our room was located along the outside and evenings were supper noisy with vehicles driving by and local music/bands outside. Fortunately, we had a fan to help drown the noise. The beds were squeaky and not very comfortable and the pillows were nice."
