Everyone are smoking around the property weed. Smell so bad. Bathroom and rooms dirty all omg I never see one hotel like this. Sorry but is terribly dirty shower toilet the microwave greasy on top. Oh no I never come back

The room was completely disgusting, I dropped something behind the night stand and when I tried to move the nightstand it was stuck to the floor when I finally got it unstuck I saw a bunch of gunk and sticky stuff everywhere. The bathroom was gross and dirt and gunk in the corners and in the tub

Hotel is a catfish in my opinion. There were stains on the pillows, the room smelled and I didn’t even wanna shower there..so imagine.

At 8:00 in the Morning there was not hot breakfast left. Only 3 bagles. No coffee pr creamers left for 150.00 a night they shold at least keep the breakfast trays full

Las habitaciones sin puerta en el baño, alarma del detector de humo sonando constantemente, los pasillos a los cuartos con barandales defectuosos, piscina tapada con un telón, no tenian suficientes toallas en el baño, no limpiaban los cuartos, ni recogian la basura, personas fumando Marijuana, no habia desayuno y en la oferta y reservación indica que lo incluye, aunque debido a todo lo visto, no hubiera desayunado allí de todas maneras, en fin, un desastre de lugar.

The staff and customer service were horrible and rude. Upon arrival when doing my check-in, the front desk clerk wanted me to pay him cash when they already had my credit card information. On their website they offered breakfast but the kitchen was closed.

Worst inn I’ve ever stayed! The place is ghetto! All these stupid people just go there to smoke weed and cause fights. It was a nightmare! I would never stay at that stupid place ever again!

The owner is very nice. Other staff, not so much. In fact, my fiancè was literally yelled at by the housekeeping lady just bc he asked for extra towels!! The TV's don't work too well, one time not at all & there was nothing they could do. Not even change our room. All in all, it's the cleanest hotel around the area for a good price. No bed bugs or any bugs for that matter, so it's a win for me. Use caution if going someplace else (in the same price range) close by bc they ALL have roaches and bed bugs!

Someone attempted to come in my room @ 3am claiming they believed I checked out. Never stay at this hotel. It is dirty, sketchy and can be considered dangerous. When a male attempted to come in my room @ 3am, he claimed he thought i checked out, when he knew I didn’t as he claimed to work there. Do not leave any belongings unattended.

The room was something out of a terrible 80’s horror movie. The ceiling was crumbling, it appears the staff moved the bed away from the decaying ceiling… and left the headboard attached to the wall. Bathroom lights didn’t work. Heat didn’t work. It was so terrible it was almost comedic.

We checked and only stayed long enough to change clothes and make a rest stop. Checked out less than a hour after chec-in. Dirt-smeared glass doors in lobby entrance and lobby reeks of cheap smelling fake cinnamon candle (what's that covering up?) Place was filthy. Hairs on bathtub, stains on towels and pillowcases. Huge length of broken gutter hanging off the building. Some individials sitting outside of rooms with their doors open appear to live there. We decided we'd rather drive 4 hours home than stay another minute here. I have stayed a several economy hotels and motels that were luxurious compared to this place. Surprised Expedia allows bookings here.

Besides someone stealing my food that I ordered via door dash and the headboard collapsing from the wall while I was about to nap, the location is a reliable and cozy spot. I can’t wait for the pool to open up

The hotel is in shambles. The stairwell and halways are dirty, paint is chipped and faded. Obstacles in walkways, no water pressure, only 4 channels on tv. People doing drugs and fighting till all hours of the night....Lights onngazeebo malfunctioning and blink bright all night, stayed 3 nights got no sleep all 3 nights. No elevator. Floorninnroom dirty and cold...

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed to hotel looked run down. Once we were given our key and drove around the side to our room, we saw unsavory character hanging out in the parking lot, marijuana smoke everywhere, and police crime scene tape on the second floor balcony. We felt extremely unsafe. Immediately went and asked for a refund.

Initial room they provided had tiles in the shower broken and knocked out, enabling view behind the wall. The lobby had a lot of gnats. The second room provided was ok.

Stay away from this hotel! The rooms were filthy, with stained carpets and musty-smelling bedding. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and it felt like they couldn't care less about our experience. The noise from other guests kept us up all night, and there was false advertising about breakfast which they did not offer and used an excuse saying the kitchen is down for maintenance . They they also advertised that this is a smoke free room, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes, Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to astay!

Blamed Expedia for the wrong bed assignment. Needed two beds and gave me one. Finally changed it after much back and forth. Told me I had to pay an extra $30 because I was towing a utility trailer and the parking lot was empty. I asked to be shown the policy in writing and the staff member could not furnish it and stated to pay and then handle with the manager tomorrow. I did not pay.
