"The staff was very friendly every time I passed the front desk they always greeted us we stay at this hotel every year to go to the waterpark and a couple of years ago they update it and I prefer the hardwood floors I feel like it’s easier to clean then carpet I just wish that the room doors didn’t slam shut because the people across from me I swear was slamming theirs like every 30 seconds at like 10 o’clock at night and after a long day at the waterpark, all I wanted to do was sleep, but it was preventing me from doing so"

"The staff (particularly 2 ladies working the afternoon-evening shift) were extremely helpful in setting us up with handicapped parking for the 2 nights we were there. We had to unexpectedly cancel for 1 night, and they were also helpful in seeing this through for us. We were very happy with our stay."

"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times an every time I’m beyond happy! The beds & pillows are so comfortable, I never want to leave! The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing! It’s so clean and the pool is always clean with towels ready to go! The staff is so helpful & nice they even offer fans if you need one to help you sleep! Over all fairly quite hotel too never had an issue with it being to loud! Absolutely love it here very hard to stay anywhere else because they set such a high standard for quality!"
