Easy access to businesses around the sqaure amd convenient check in/out times. Room was very well kept, even the sleeper sofa, which is rare. Pool was super cold, but clean.

Parking is horrible. Usually you give your license plate # n that's it. Nope. You have to go outside to a kiosk n do it yourself. Confused. Not enough breakfast. Empty n alot of people were waiting to fill it. Just sausage everything else was out. They wouldn't print a paper receipt. 1 elevator n stairs blocked. Won't go back.

I liked the added security with the elevators. Before you could go up to the rooms in the elevator, you had to scan the reader pad with your hotel key. The room was very clean and we liked that the sink was with the shower and toilet in the same room.

This hotel was perfectly located within walking distance to the Grand Theater. The room was spacious and clean. There were no black out drapes though so light poured in as soon as the sun came up. Construction and traffic noise was also an issue. Water pressure was horrible, perhaps because it was a handheld shower head. No recycling evident.

This hotel is located right downtown Wausau- very convenient for dining and walking. The room was so spacious, breakfast was great and the staff very friendly.
