Really great stay, had everything that we needed and could have asked for. Very comfortable accommodations and the hosts were very friendly and prompt in responding to all of our questions as we were not from the area. We would definitely recommend this location and home to anyone looking to stay in the Wausau area.

It was the perfect place for friends to meet up. The living room was spacious and everything was very clean. The property manager was easy to get ahold of. Overall, I would recommend!

We needed a place to stay for a couple nights and found this property. Check in was easy and home was warm. The property did need some repairs that I told the owner about. There wasn't a dishwasher so the property was dependent on previous renters to hand wash dishes. The boot dryers in the basement were a big save as our ski days were in the rain.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and lots of room. Fenced in backyard for pets and owner was very nice and helpful with any questions. Would give it a 10 out of 10!

Cute place only reason for 4 is that trash was full when we arrived so not sure it was cleaned properly and when you pay a big cleaning fee you should expect cleanliness.

This place is amazing. The house has so many nice touches that makes it super convenient. It is cute, functional, and clean. The beds are so comfortable. It is less then 10 min from Granite Peak. We will be back!

This house had everything I needed. The home is older but very clean with clean comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed, even Tupperware, which rentals never have. I enjoyed the Keurig with coffee selections. There was a great yard for our dog. The neighbor was convenient to everything. We stayed in early July and the weather was gorgeous!!

We had another property booked that had canceled on us and then needed to find another place to stay. It was nice that we were able to bring our dogs...if not for the dogs we probably would have gone with a hotel. The linens and bedrooms felt clean but the common areas seemed just straightened up. The check in process was easy and we were able to get in a little early. Since we were in the area skiiing....the boot dryers were nice to have to dry our stuff between skiing. We had 2 kids and 3 teenagers and 2 adults and had adequate room and sleeping accommodations.

The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood off the main roads. But it also has convenient access to the highway and downtown Wausau. Every single bed was extremely comfortable - mattresses, pillows and bedding. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels available, too. Great attention to detail! The home has very nice decor but it was not overly decorated - feels like home and family friendly. There was plenty of surface space to put our things! Everything was very clean and up-to-date. The options for coffee (single-cup or a full coffee pot) were great and thank you for stocking some K-Cups and coffee! Especially coming in after a snowstorm, we appreciated the off-street parking and all the snow was nicely shoveled and cleared for us. Very friendly and prompt communication - excellent service! This rental house was a favorite of our whole family and we hope to stay here again!

The 2 story house is nicely furnished with attention to detail and truly feels like gome. Located on a very quiet street, but close to both the highway and the city. It took us 8 minutes to get to Granite Peak for skiing and 15 min to a cross-country skiing facility. Comfortable and spacious beds, with new bedlinen and covers. Plenty of accessories (extra towels, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo...). Clean. Spatious. 2 areas for improvement: 1. it would be awesome to have a dishwasher (this would also give a cleaner feeling of the kitchen and the dishes - while the kitchen was clean, the remainder of the house was cleaner) 2. If you make guests pay $80 cleaning fee, I find it exaggerated to request them to do half the work themselves (e.g take down the bedsheets). Thanks for your hospitality!
