"Wonderful stay! The space was incredibly clean and in such a convenient location. The host was easy to communicate with and made everything simple from start to finish. "Our stay at Steven and Joan's was exceptional!! We were super comfortable in every way.The bed was amazingly comfortable. Every room was clean and in good shape. Beautiful bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had the place to ourselves because the other family members we were hoping could come, couldn't make it. But what a treat to have it to ourselves! We had one small situation with the grass in the driveway that got messed up when a friend came to see us. We called Joan to ask what we should do. She was so kind and helpful. It was a simple resolve so there was no problem. Also, we were able to actually talk to her, and not have to leave a message or text. They were helpful and available! Wonderful time and great hosts...Steve and Joan! THANKYOU!!!"

"The house was wonderful and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed especially traveling with one year old. The lower living room was perfect with toys and games available that kept everyone entertained. A few issues arose upon arrival that had to do with previous visitors and Charlie addressed them immediately. The hosts are truly interested in making Riverview Haven a top notch vacation experience, which it definitely was for our group. We will look forward to returning!"

"We spent two wonderful and blissful August weeks at Sharon and David's lake front property. From the moment you walk in, you realize this is a special place. The architecture, furnishings, layout, and organization show a tremendous amount of thoughtfulness and care. You could tell that this was not just a rental house. It was someone's second home. It made for an incredibly relaxing and beautiful environment. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed including a canoe, kayaks, and paddle boards. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and always found what we needed in the well organized cabinets and drawers. The hot tub was warm and clean, becoming a daily event. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for our clothes. The wifi has excellent bandwidth. The location is ideal. It is on a quiet road at one of the quieter spots and already quiet lake. We rarely heard any noise or even voices from the neighbors. Being at the south end of the lake it is a very convenient 10 minutes from both Merideth and Center Harbor where you can find everything you need including several grocery stores, many good restaurants, and our favorite, the Moulton Farms market. Communication with the hosts (Sharon) was seamless and pleasant. We couldn't have asked for a better stay."

"Walkup stairs to 1 level with 3 bedrooms. The nicest part was its own waterfront with a dock. Beautiful view. Right next to the a marina where we rented a boat. Also walking distance to downtown Meredith. Everything was clean and new. Owner was very helpful."
