Fun family friendly

Great hotel for families. Self service slides at the pool and a little bar window in the pool area that the front desk staff service. The room (2 bedroom condo) was upgraded, nice, large and clean.

We love the summit resort. The amenities such as the pool, game room, and outdoor space is great. The one negative is the 200.00 hold on our card. I thought that was a bit excessive for one night. However, the property is beautiful, spacious, and offers great amenities.

The summit was great! My family had a blast there. It was snowing while we were there but that didn't change anything. I love how quickly the front desk sent help when we called. Everyone there was super friendly. We will definitely go back.

All in all the room serviced our needs but it’s dark inside and could use a paint job and furniture update. We could not operate the TV’s in any of the rooms. Very frustrating. The front door doesn’t latch from inside. Otherwise staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

An excellent location for children with convenient access to Weir Beach and Mount Washington Cruise and train rides. The facility offers a grill, outdoor pool, and a fantastic water slide in the indoor pool. The rooms are exceptionally clean.

Absolutely beautiful property. Clean, quiet, safe, a lot to do. Condo was spacious. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Scenery was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I feel so fortunate to have stayed here.

The pool that your kids will rave about! We had so much fun at the local restaurants and beaches, but our kids ensured we came home each night to swim at the resort. With two slides and a massive hot tub, there was something for everyone and it never felt crowded.

Great hideaway! Well worth the price!

I booked this place for my two older children and myself and it is such a cute place! We had a full kitchen, two seperate bedrooms and two bathrooms, which comes in handy. Its in a quiet area with no traffic noise. I just want to give a heads up that there are no elevators, so if anyone is physically impaired, make sure you request a first floor. The pool and hot tub were both very clean and the pool water was very nice. I've been to my fair share of hotels and resorts in New England and this is one of my favorites!

Nice Stay Overall

Stayed in one of the condo spaces. Plenty of space. Some of the furnishings were outdated and worn. It was comfortable and quiet. One room with king bed and access to covered deck. One room with two twin beds. Overall clean but a sort of run down feel. The indoor pool area was great. Small slides, kiddie pool, sauna and hot tub. Nice poolside lounge. Some activities in the game room like ping pong, fooseball, etc. Outdoor activities were just ok. Tennis court and basketball were not well maintained but still useable. Very close to grocery stores and the iconic Weirs Beach area.
