"Enjoyed this property with beautiful view from our balcony of Seneca Lake. There are lower rooms, but those would have cars parked where you sit outside your room. I would return and stay again, but only if I could get a balcony room. Staff was welcoming, personable & professional. Spoke with servers, maintenance, front desk check in, etc. ALL were exceptional and I look forward to staying here again. Such a convenient location to downtown Watkins Glen and sights in the surrounding area."

"Surprisingly new, modern, aesthetically pleasing , very roomy and clean small boutique hotel in the heart of Watkins Glen. The bathrooms are spacey with high ceilings and great shower! The bed is comfortable. You have a full kitchenette and the owners also own a winery and a small bar downstairs and welcome you with a complimentary bottle of Riesling! "
"This place was just what we needed for a weekend stay to visit the national park. Check in was a breeze, the building was quiet, our room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, everyone was so polite, and the brick oven pizza was fantastic. Since I booked 3rd party via Vrbo, I tried communicating through messaging on here but nobody ever responded to me. I didnt receive any response or more information until 15 minutes before our check in time. But overall, the stay was great and Id definitely come back! Thanks for having us!"
"This house is beautiful. Very big- 4000² feet & very clean. There were 10 ladies and we had more than enough room! *Suggestion: early risers sleep downstairs next to the 'ping pong table room'. It's below the kitchen & loud in the morning. I'm an early riser. My roommate was not! Lol! 2 town downhill blocks from...... but coming home- get ready to climb!Overall good experience!Thank you!"
