The hotel was overall fairly clean, except that the coffee table in our room was dirty with food residue and the corners of the laminate were peeling. The carpets in the room also had what seemed to be the same food residue. The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast, everything was good and refreshed often. The pool area was well maintained, however, it was quite busy and very crowded most of the time. I would stay again, but maybe for more of a family getaway and not a couples weekend.

Staff very accommodating and friendly. Rooms very clean and spacious. Fun waterslide! Water slightly cool however. But not enough to keep any of our group from swimming!

It is always clean and staff are so nice. For continental breakfast the juice machine was not working and they had the milk locked up so there was only coffee which I don’t drink!!!!

We stayed for 3 nights and did not have clean towels delivered at any time. Desk staff did not seem to be proficient. The hotel rate booked 3 weeks earlier was not honored. The pool area, however, was fun for kids.

It was a very pleasant place to stay. It was one of the nicest I have stayed at in a long time. The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. I will stay there again and recommend family members to stay there when they come to see our grandson.

I will definitely be back. My family and I enjoyed everything the breakfast, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice temperature. The room was super spacious and cozy. Only downer was their big slide was out of service.

Family overnight stay
When we arrived there was barking dog in a room giving me anxiety during the booking phase of my stay. The large blue water slide was out of service which was one of the main reasons we booked at that hotel. The hotel did try to call but the number was not one I recognized and did not receive the call notifying us the slide was out of order. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Although we could hear others in the next room, we did rest. I could tell our room must have had an animal in it in the past as we could smell dog and see tiny dog hairs.

Major caution if you stay multiple nights: They do not c!ean your room unless you go to the main desk and specifically request that you receive maid service. It is a great place to stay if you have kids - huge indoor pool and spa.
