The amenities are great. Pool and hot tub are great. Near Waterton park. Lovely spot to lay down your head and rest. I highly recommend. Clean rooms, lovely staff great breakfast. What more can you ask for.

The two workers preparing breakfast are definitely overworked, especially when many guests arrive at the same time. They are running around like spinning tops! 😅 But even when they’re extremely busy, they still keep smiling and remain friendly. They really deserve appreciation for their hard work.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were amazing. Such hard workers and very friendly. My son broke a plate by accident and he was devastated and embarrassed but the two staff members came really quick to clean it up and made him feel better. The pool towels were amazingly soft and waterslide was a big hit with the kids. Wasn’t overly cold. We would definitely stay here again.

I accidentally booked a suite for me and my 2 kids, it worked out but instead of 2 queens like originally booked I got a king and a pullout couch which the mattress like being on rocks and any movement was like scraping metal on metal and loud. For $400/night i honestly expected a little bit better. The couch was oily and dirty, no extra pillows, blankets or hangers in the room. Washroom was well stocked no complaints there. No screens on the windows so if youre going and have small dogs keep the windows closed. We didn't get to try out the breakfast but looked pretty good. Kids loved the pool obviously. Lots of restaurants and a Walmart all in 5 min walking distance. Outside of the nit picking was a pretty good stay.
