"We had a mixed experience at this property. On the one hand, the building and breakfast were disappointing—we dealt with two different rooms that had maintenance issues (a non-functional safe and a glitching/lagging TV, AC wouldn’t cool the room ) and the pre-paid breakfast menu was consistently limited. However, the front desk team is the absolute heartbeat of this hotel. Alex Araiza went above and beyond to handle our frustrations with grace, professionalism, and genuine care. He is the primary reason we are leaving with a positive impression of the service, even if the facilities fell short. If you stay here, you’ll be in great hands with the staff, especially Alex. "

It's a dog friendly hotel, which is awesome, however we listened to dogs barking and howling most of the night... Ask for a top floor room."

"I was only there for one night, but I really loved the hotel. I'm sad I didn't get to check out the gym. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Lonny was cosy and quiet. Everything was very clean. I loved my room. The veiw was cute, and the hotel is nice and quiet at all times. At least in my room. I didn't notice any noise that would bother me. Love the shower in the bathroom. Sooo nice. Only thing I wish the room had was a little mini fridge. I will definitely come to the Harlow hotel again "

The location is excellent, but what really stood out was the staff—professional, attentive, and truly welcoming. The atmosphere felt inclusive, relaxed, and easy from start to finish. Easily one of my favorite places to stay in Portland."
