"I wish I had said something at the time but the clerk who checked me in said my room number out loud which shouldn't be done due to it being unsafe, luckily no one overheard. There was no staff available in the lobby after 9pm and they mention they have people available in their lobby cafe at all times but during my stay I didn't see anyone. I was given an ADA room even though I did not book one and there were other non-ADA rooms available. The sheets on the bed were scratchy and uncomfortable, there were a few stains/marks on the bedding. The towel warmer did not work in the bathroom and the lighting in the room was terrible but in the bathroom it was the worst, it basically was just the light from the mirror. The hotel looked cute and promising but my experience makes me not want to return."

"I and a lot of my people paid extra for the full breakfast, there was no breakfast and honored the voucher with an egg sandwich, I asked for oatmeal or a piece of fruit no can do. You have restaurant and don’t use to make you money. Bad business! Bad management! Rooms were spotless. It a shame. No coffee in lobby or urn of coffee , no cups.broken coffee machines and broken hair dryers. So security is good. So if you don’t care about creature comforts, it was clean but don’t expect a courtyard experience and for the price and added breakfast fees, 18 per meal , really I would go somewhere they don’t claim amenities, that they don’t have. The price would have been 200.00 less and I would have no expectations."
