"The hallways and rooms have carpets that are a bit dated and have some stains. If they upgraded to hardwood floors, I would give a full 5 star rating. We stayed in a room with a loft style bed on a second floor. Room was clean, beds comfortable. The bathroom was clean, a little small - but that's my preference; not a fault. The front desk and doormen were wonderful, very nice and helpful. My teenager used the hot tub and pool and said that they were a little dirty. Overall, a good and comfortable stay."
