I like everything about this property. This is my second time staying here. Great customer service, very clean and quiet.

We had booked a 2 room suite and when we got to our room we had one room with NO chairs to sit on. When I went to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do as they had no other rooms. This was a 5:15 on a Sunday. They did eventually bring us a chair. What hotel has no chairs to sit on!!!!!very disappointing!!

Very pleasant stay! Quiet during our stay. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Only complaint is the coffee machine in our room did not work properly. The AC/heater was a bit loud but not horrible. Breakfast was great! We loved that they offered almond milk as an option. Would def stay again.

We booked this hotel for the location, because we were eating at a restaurant on the same block and we wanted to be able to walk back to the hotel afterwards. The room was OK. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. We slept well because it was quiet. The big thing that bothered me is that they had obviously not cleaned the toilet before we checked in. So that really made me wonder what else they had not cleaned. It’s really hard to overlook that.

Location was important to me. I was attending an evening concert, and I wanted some place to stay near the venue. Parking garage across the street with a skywalk connecting to hotel. Key card required to enter the private areas of the hotel.

My daughter and I stayed in one of the Suites, it was super clean, very roomy and just overall very nice. I wish they had a hot tub because the pool area was super nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We will stay here again if we are in Waterloo again.

Extra security when riding the elevator. Needed your room key to select the floor you needed. Parking was in the parking garage across the street and you didn’t have to pay!

Love this place. Comfy bed, the service was very friendly, building was accomodating. The on site bar/restaurant was closed while we were there, but everything else made up for it. We will stay again.

Our stay was great! Hotel was clean and the desk person was friendly and knowledgeable. We were in a room that had a connecting door, next to us were wrestlers, let’s just say the walls/door was very insulated. We don’t mind the noise from the boys, we knew they would go to bed early. Our bed was very comfortable, but squeaky.

When front desk staff was asked a question they followed it through and got me an answer. When in the pool area and it was obviously time to close, i was sitting in the back area with a group of people and all the lights were shut off. Completely black and younger kids were getting scared. Very bad service.
