The spa was fully booked during my stay, but the staff went above and beyond to fit me in for a massage—and I’m so glad they did! It was just what I needed. What really stood out overall was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and genuinely helpful. It felt like a home away from home. "Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel, the staff are amazing - endlessly helpful and patient with guests. We arrived when all the systems had gone down and the poor reception lady was being pulled in every which way - but she was still so polite, smiling and helpful. "

"This is the second time we have used this hotel and we will return. The hotel is on the outskirts of Swansea but it is easy to access the city. The room and ensuite are in good condition and clean and comfy. Breakfast is included in the price and there is a reasonabe choice of food available. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Shane in particular was extremely helpful i giving us information restaurants in the city"
