THE SPACE
Step inside and you’ll find a fully renovated kitchen built for people who actually cook — beverage/wine cooler, double convection oven, crockpot, full knife set, and cookware for a crowd. The dining room seats 4, the kitchen island fits 3 more on barstools, and the kitchenette has a table for 3, so your whole group sits down together.
The living and dining areas are filled with antiques collected over decades by the former owner, a local antique shop proprietor, giving the space a warm, curated feel you won’t find in a typical rental. The living room has a smart TV, couch, and two chairs — and every bedroom has its own smart TV with built-in streaming.

My group stayed here to ski stowe for a few days and had a great time! Great location, spacious, clean apartment. It was a great place to come back to after a day on the mountain.
Space was actually nicer than advertised and we had a great stay. Read the full description and book this place for sure, more like a 3br and its in great shape. Will stay again here for sure.
Very comfortable and spacious apartment.Plenty of parking. Can walk easily to downtown Waterbury and a short drive for stores and activities. Host responsive to our needs.
What a cool house with a combination of old school Vermont and new upgraded kitchen. Lots of room and comfort. We went for a week of skiing with Bolton Valley less than 20 minutes away and Sugarbush less than 30. What really put the trip over the top was the proximity to fantastic restaurants and bars for the apres ski. Book this with confidence.
Myself and my family had an excellent time at this property. It had a ton of space that we would otherwise never have enjoyed, and it was clean. Wifi was good, amenities were excellent. We also enjoyed the town, as we could walk into town and find excellent dining options. The next time we visit, we would not hesitate to stay here.
Property worked for our purposes - x-large space, a bit-dated decor/furniture, kitchen was nice and new, mattresses could use updating, needed some blinds in the dinning room (felt like the neighborhood was able to watch us), and some items needed a deep clean (washer, shower mat). Location is great, and check in process was super easy. Not sure it can truly accommodate 6 as currently set up - we had 5 and there was no bed for a 6th person. With some tweaks, we’d stay there again.
We very much enjoyed our day in this beautiful renovated home. One block away from everything that Waterbury has to offer. Tim, the owner, was responsive and easy to work with. Large comfortable space to stay. Laundry and air-conditioning were much appreciated as was the Keurig coffee maker.

Very spacious downstairs apartment. Everything is provided. Cookware, towels, etc. Walkable to restaurants in downtown Waterbury. Would stay again and recommend.
Home is very close to business area of historic Waterbury. Quaint and quiet location with very updated kitchen and pretty basic bedrooms and bath. Lots and lots of space. Huge dining room and generous living room and smaller back room. Probably better for a family than just two. Location is great for attractions in Stowe and close enough to Shelburne and Burlington.

This was a great stay! The location was perfect, walkable to shops and restaurants. Locals seemed super friendly. All round great. The apartment was huge and served it's purpose, but parts of it just felt a bit strange. Like the matchstick favours from a wedding in the 80's in the coffee storage jar. It was super quaint though and clean enough.if you're expecting a sparkling clean and minimalist apartment - Don't stay here... but if you want somewhere quirky to stay in a good location with the essentials this place is perfect. It just needs a little love ☺️

Cute, spacious apartment in a great location, filled with nice antiques and collectibles. Housekeeping was severely lacking as there was visible dust on all the furniture, cobwebs in the closets, in the showers, and behind furniture. Pillows and linens were old and shabby. No washcloths were available. Toaster\oven in kitchen was very dirty and filled with food crumbs.

This is a fantastic spot to stay. It was spacious and in walking distance of many places in town. There was also ample parking available. The property looked and felt as if it had been thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival.
The house was beautifully decorated with antiques which may not be ideal for guests with toddlers. I enjoyed the antiques as they gave the property a unique feel and allowed me to discover beautiful new details every day.
This property was perfect for me as I was there on a longer stay. I highly recommend this staying here if you are in Waterbury for a while and want a spot where you can be settled and make your own meals as well as have a quiet space to work from. I booked it last minute and I am so grateful that it was available.
The Wifi was also great as I was working some from the property. It was fast and easy to log on to.
My three friends and I had such an enjoyable time. We were a bit anxious when we read the reviews from May and June, but I called the property manager, Nevin and true to his word, the house was very clean! It appears there is some remodeling taking place between guests, so that may explain the former complaints. The location is perfectly located and we could walk to several excellent dining venues and the front porch was a great place to start and end our day chatting. We had 2 issues that, while not earth shattering, was inconvenient. The bedroom with 2 twins did not have any cable cords running from the tv so it obviously didn't work. Also, the Keurig is broken and leaks out the top when trying to make coffee. We managed, but we did end up with grounds in our cups. I called Nevin, the property manager and advised him but if you are staying there and either of these are important, I'd recommend calling to be sure it has been addressed. Otherwise, we had a great time, loved the place and will book it again if we return to Waterbury!
Location was key! Clean and great accomadations. Lots of room!

Great place to stay. I travel to this area for work every week and if i could book it each week I would. Very clean and spacious. Easy to sit back and relax in after a long day.
Booked a 2 day stay for a Stowe Mountain trip. Location was excellent, right off the highway and just 25 min to the mountain. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was modern, beds were great and had laundry too. Having 2 bathrooms was nice too. Highly recommend. Will definitely be booking again.
