Located in Waterford VT, enjoy the rustic charm of this historic Second Empire 5-bedroom house, built in 1801. With access to the extensive 34-acre property and plenty of living spaces and common areas, guests will find this property to be a wonderful retreat. Each of the 5 bedrooms are fully dressed and boast happy guests as well their own bathroom. The 5 full bathrooms come equipped with towels and basic amenities, and a bathtub is available in the ground floor bathroom. In addition to the 5 bedrooms, there are 2 common areas with extra sleeping options like couches and a pullout sofa. The main sitting room also features a TV, DVD collection and player, and a sound system. Includes private access to the full kitchen equipped with dishwasher and an array of cookware and small appliances such as a blender and food processor. Also includes access to laundry room with washer and dryer.
