"Room was clean and was equipped with microwave, small fridge, and desk. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good and had eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, fruit, coffee and assorted juices. Great location close to shopping stores and restaurants but more importantly close to Downtown Portland. Overall great value for the price."

"Super clean because it was new, and nicely done rooms with great amenities. Bed was comfortable and the large tv's were great. The a/c unit cycled up and down and didn't seem adequate for an apartment sized room but did OK. The water wasn't hot enough regardless the time of day but you won't freeze. In the handicap accessible shower, water will go everywhere in the bathroom and cause a slip hazard. If your room is by the secondary exit, you will hear everything in the stairwell and the door slamming everytime. We would still stay again, just little issues that shouldn't exist in a new construction unit."

"The property is very nice the rooms have everything but you need to takes pots and pans and 2 sets of utensils available. They clean every 2 weeks. You want towels need to take used once down and they give you the same back if available. Laundry room nice price not posted or available to find out until you pay with the credit card. In front of the hotel is an open mall with Walmart,Red Robins,Texas Roadhouse ect. The staff not always aware of what to do but able to find out. Also you need to take the trash out to the dumpster. The place is clean and very quiet. I will stay again but will take what I need with me."

"Rooms were clean and usual amenities such as towels, toiletries etc were available and in good condition. I was especially happy to see that XXI century made an appearance in a form of usb port next to the bed. The bathroom sink is all by itself outside of the bathroom and the sink is small, there is no counter space to put your things on."

"The rooms are well cleaned. However, some fixtures such as the hand towel rack and bathroom vent were falling off the walls. The layout of the building is great because there are several doors to outside throughout making it easy to come and go. We did not eat breakfast but from what I saw it was very limited."
