"It was a very nice little cozy cottage. Only suggestion-amenities in the screened porch (electric heater, TV) along with a solid closure that could allow its use during colder times. Not a complaint, we knew what we were getting, simply a suggestion to improve!"

"This property was very clean, nice and the staff was very accommodating. They let us have a laye checkout, and checked in with us when we walked through the lobby. The pool and hot tub area was amazingly clean...i felt very comfortable and slept very well during our stay.We will definitely stay here again. "

"The home is beautiful, extremely clean, well furnished, comfortable, and has a very well equipped kitchen. The location is walkable to downtown Douglas, and has lovely water views. We were a group of 15 and had plenty of space for sleeping, cooking, and dining. The backyard and roof deck are lovely as well. The hosts were extremely communicative and clear, and the check in and out processes were very easy. Overall a truly wonderful stay in Douglas. "

"I was pleasantly surprised to see that you could see the water from where we were, it’s a limited view, but still there. The room is quite small but I knew this from the other reviews. I agree with the bed down, there is no room to move around. It suited our needs for a quick weekend away, but wouldn’t be able to do a long week stay there. It is very clean and we appreciated the supplies there for us to use like the bathroom soaps, dish soap and paper towels. It’s a great walk from downtown and is very quiet. Again, wonderful for a weekend overnight but not suited for a long week there since you can’t cook and it would be too cozy. "

"Adorable condo with a beautiful setting. Lots of birds and some deer right there. 2 minute drive to downtown Saugatuck. Kitchen is gorgeous. Very spacious and the pics don't do it justice. There's a table on the lower patio perfect for meals that wasn't in listing. Decent beds. Only negative is wall thickness between two of the bedrooms. Would also suggest rental company create a signable pact with neighboring units, as one neighbor was quite loud very late one night. Other than that, perfect!"
