"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. "Was good and quiet as well.only i felt not treated fairly as i had VIP access on my booking but was given nothings and also i mentioned my husband had birthday the following morning nothings was done even if i.had to pay but he said i will give a drink which he didn't get it...i paid every drink while my VIP package ihad free drinks everyday..on my check out he still charged me the soft drinks i had on my room and when i ask my VIP access package he replied you didn't ask which put me off could do better "
"I am a frequent traveler, and let me tell you, the best thing I liked about this hotel was the buffet. The food selection was excellent, the freshness was terrific, and the taste was consistent. The hotel had many activities, and the rooms were very spacious. The beach was one of my favorite things—a beautiful sandy beach that was very clean. They also had water sports on site."
