"Beautiful B&B in town, and very helpful staff who helped any time I had questions. The room was quaint and the A/C worked well. Had options for made-to-order breakfasts and a cute upstairs area with an honor bar. Able to keep things in a community fridge with sections for each room."
Hotel Bocas del Toro

"The location was excellent and the restaurant was really great. However the highlight of this hotel was the staff. While you don’t typically go to Bocas for “amenities” the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly- especially Janelli. She not only greeted us every time she saw us with a warm and genuine smile, she was crucial in helping us plan our days, made phone calls, walked us places and translated for us. She is truly a gem to this hotel."
Hotel Eclypse de Mar Acqua Lodge

"Eclypse del Mar is a uniquely, beautiful location. We stayed both in the overwater bungalows and the treehouse so we were able to enjoy the ocean and forest views. We were thrilled to be able to feed the fish through the opening in the living room floor of the bungalow. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Rashi, JJ and Francesca made us feel right at home. We had some of the best animal sightings at the reserve, including a mother sloth, travelling the treetops with its twins and were able to feed a big caiman and two little ones. It was absolutely amazing."
