Check in went poorly as there was some confusion regarding a change in meal options. Then the room we were put in had a leaky A/C unit so we were moved to another room which we then had problems with the door lock. The room (11) was excellent, spotless and constantly serviced. All of your staff are extremely pleasant, constantly smiling, helpful and friendly - a joy to be with! Kobe is wonderful, especially the raised table overlooking the bay. We'll be back. Thank you so much.

Excellent stay

We stayed over the Christmas and New Year period and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were courteous and professional and both Franklyn (the property caretaker) and Patrick (the chef) were truly outstanding.
