"Good place to stay but a little bit faraday from the city centre. After get use to use the public transport, it’s ok. Staff has limited English, safe area. "
"This is a stunning hotel. Large rooms, park like grounds, a beautiful (albeit small) outdoor pool and a beautifully furnished breakfast restaurant really do set this hotel right up there with the best. The rooms are well furnished with quality furnishings, and are fastidiously presented. "
"Despite renovations the quality of the stay and the new rooms are great. The restaurant nahm is great, as is the room service food. But best of all is the staff. At all levels they try to make you as welcome as possible. "

"Very clean and well-maintained hotel. Very nice staff. Centrally located and easy to get around. Very close to shopping centers. Excellent value for money! I recommend asking for a high floor because the view is breathtaking."
"We stayed at the Peninsula Bangkok just for one night after having attended a dance event over the weekend. The hotel offered a very special ambient, the inside was spacious like a castle and very beautiful and quiet. The room was very comfortable and the service was excellent. We were able to relax and recover in a very nice way."
"Sadly all the outside areas (the swimming pool and rooftop terrace/bar) were closed for our stay no doubt due to earthquake damage. Our bathroom also let in rainwater (again no doubt due to the earthquake). The Ascott offered the pool at the Urbana next door by way of compensation but that hotel is very tired and a little run down. The staff at the Ascott were tremendous, very professional and super helpful. They even allow you to call for pick up from Silom Complex if you’re an ASR member — perfect during the storms and torrential downpours we experienced during our stay."
