"Very misleading impression — we left immediately The lobby initially gave us confidence. It was cool, clean, and smelled good. Unfortunately, that seemed to be where the positive impression ended. Once we were taken to the guest room area, the difference was striking. There was a strong unpleasant odor, and the hallways and room felt old, worn, and poorly maintained. We also saw a large visible stain on the carpet outside our door, which was very concerning. Based on the photos, especially of the terrace, we expected a much higher standard. In reality, the room and surrounding areas did not match the impression the listing creates. We felt uncomfortable staying and chose to leave immediately and book another hotel. We raised our concerns and requested a refund, but this was refused. This property looks appealing online, but our actual experience was completely different. We do not recommend this hotel at all. "

"Beautiful, spacious room with incredible view of Pool and River. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Nutty at Front desk exceeded my expectations by finding me a traditional Thai dress Boutique and organizing transportation and translation. Was able to get a Thai outfit in time for the wedding I was attending. Would definitely return to this Resort!"

"The hotel is on the other side of the world and it's almost impossible to find taxi and nobody except for one receptions knew how to call for a taxi. And for our way back from our tours none of the taxis knew where the hotel was. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff tried their best but nobody speak English "

"Everything went well. The internet worked as it should, rooms were clean, there are beverages, including beer, you can buy from the fridge on the first floor. You simply pay the staff working the front desk. Staff and cleaning crew were all friendly. The hotel is kind of 'off the beaten path', so other than a small shop across the street selling some snacks and such, you need to walk about 10 minutes to find a restaurant cooking food. You don't need to walk on the main highway though. Turn left as you leave the hotel, go to the second right, and walk towards the highway then. You will find a restaurant on the left, almost all the way down. Open M-F. Once you get to the highway, turn left and in a couple of minutes, are two places to eat. Walk a bit more and find Foreste' Cafe, open 7:00 - 18:00. Great atmosphere and wonderful food and coffee."
